Alebrije Estudios Wins Juego de Talento

25 Nov

Alebrije Estudios participated in an 8-week online competition called Juego de Talento 2008. They just announced the winners and YEEEEAAAAAAAAAAAAH!

Competing against 24 teams, Alebrije Estudios won 1st place with their video game concept, “Mekur’s Name”.

There’s is so much to say about “Mekur’s Name” and the competition. I want to upload some pictures and stuff, but I need to ask permission first. As soon as I get the greenlight, I’ll let you know so you can read about it in the journal!

Oh, these guys are amazing. I feel so lucky to be a part of their team.

And I hear they are celebrating tonight in Monterrey. I’ll party with them via satellite from LA…

Song on Michele Jusko’s New Album

14 Nov

Michele Jusko’s passion for singing and songwriting started at the ripe old age of seven, in a little apartment in Queens, New York, when she wrote her first original song “Another Peanut Butter Love Song.”

She recently released her debut album, The Great Unknown. The first track on the CD is “Don’t Run Away,” a song we wrote together. :)
