A Mexican and a Dane writing songs in English… go figure.

This past weekend was so much fun. My good friend Amalie Riis (from Denmark) is in town and we got together, hung out, drank tons of coffee, watched Red Eye and Law and Order, and wrote a song. 
Amalie and I met in Ireland at the Listening Room Songwriting Retreat. Even though we were roommates for a week, we didn’t get a chance to write together while we were there. I’m glad we finally had the opportunity!
The song is called “Hand in Hand”. More details about it soon. Hope everyone’s doing great!
